Crystal was a wonderful nanny. My husband and I had our first daughter and were very nervous parents hiring someone to take care of our 3 month old. Crystal quickly became better than us at taking care of the baby. She was always finding ways to help, taking care of things before I even thought to ask! We definitely had very high standards of care of our baby, with physical therapy training, no screens, lots of 1-1 interactive play; and Crystal handled all of this in stride. Her medical training put us at ease, and she was always on the lookout for anything awry, she even saline sprayed and cleared the baby’s nostrils when the baby was sick! Anyone would be lucky to have Crystal in their home!
