We hired Courtney for our first dare night since having the baby and she was beyond amazing! We have three boys ages 4, 3, and 5 months. The oldest is special needs and can be demanding at times. Courtney won the boys over very quickly. They could have cared less that we were leaving ( a huge shock) and when we returned they barely even looked our way. I was expecting them to run right up to us, but nope! They were in love with Courtney n happy as can be hanging with her. She handled all three kids effortlessly. We have a camera (not because of hiring her, we've always had it) and peaked in to see how things were going after dinner and our oldest was being a handful and Courtney calmly and patiently handled him while holding the baby! She's a natural! We love her and we have very high expectations. You can have all the degrees and certifications there are in child hood development (she is in school for special education) but you can't learn empathy and compassion in a classroom and Courtney is a natural care giver and has the qualities you'd want in a provider! She's our go to from now on!
