Hi everyone! Teaching and caring for children is both my passion and my purpose. Working as an Elementary School Teacher for the past 7 years, plus over 10 years of childcare experience has opened my eyes and heart to children's needs-- academically, socially, and emotionally. I absolutely love what I do and wish to broaden its impact through tutoring and childcare. I also hope to use my passion to help families establish normalcy during this uncertain time by providing individualized care and/or instruction. Some of my favorite tutoring subjects and activities include reading comprehension, writing, math, science, social studies, organization, study habits, and test-taking preparation. In childcare positions, I love arts & crafts, exploring nature, games, imaginative play/theatre, building, developing communication skills, and working on whatever goals the parents have set for their child(ren). Corinne is absolutely a wonderful person and caregiver. She helped take care of our 7 year-old during remote schooling--making sure our daughter logged in to her various classes, helping with schoolwork, and playing together during breaks. Ms. Corinne is an absolute joy--kind, thoughtful, professional, and proactive. Most of all, on weekends our kid would always say that she couldn't wait to see Ms. Corinne at the beginning of each week. She is so engaging and just a lovely person to have in our home each week. Now that we're going back to in-person camp/school, we definitely plan to book Ms. Corinne for date nights, etc. We feel so fortunate to have found such a caring and compassionate caregiver.
