1. Punctuality: Connie is very punctual and has always arrived before time. 2. Transportation/Driving: She has her own car and is a very safe driver. She uses her car to drop and pick up my kids from school and other extracurricular activities. We provided the car seats but she has done a great job with taking the kids around for their activity. 3. Food/Meals: Connie does a wonderful job in preparing food (breakfast/lunch and snacks) for the kids. 4. Behavior: Connie is very loving towards the kids and the kids love her and get adjusted pretty quickly. She puts kids safety first and makes sure kids have different activities throughout the day. 5. Housework: She does all the housework for the kids (laundry/folding clothes/ getting swim bag ready/ getting kids beds ready/cleaning kids room). She also makes sure that kids are bathed on time and take afternoon naps if required. As my kids grew older she also helped clean the house (extra service) and water the plants.
