About Cierra

I'd describe my personality as patient, easygoing, and creative. I like working with kids because I want to help guide them and make a positive impact on their lives, as they also help me gain more knowledge and bring joy and positivity to mine! I started working with kids when I was in middle school, I babysat my younger brother and nieces and nephew, as well as helping out family friends. I then got a job as a program aide at ESS and have been there for the past 4+ years and love it! In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts, read books, and sing. My skills include coming up with arts and crafts lessons, cooking activities, and STEM projects.
