About Ciara

Hello, my name is Ciara! I have over 8 years of paid childcare experience and prior to that was caring for family members unpaid for several years. From newborn babies, toddlers, children, to preteens and teens- I have worked and am comfortable with any age group. I am used to working with 2 babies at a time or 3 older children at a time, all based on their ages. I have cared for children with medication needs, chronic conditions, and assisted with school work when asked. I have a 3. 5-month-old of my own now and would love to care for another baby similar in age to her. Ideally my goal would be to be able to care for them both together simultaneously. Typically in a daycare there are 4 babies per 1 adult & for toddlers/children 6+ per 1 adult. This approach of watching two babies would allow them to both benefit from socializing with somebody around their age, without being in a daycare setting.
