I just so happen to be the eldest of 7 and love being apart of their growing moments, now and in youth. I made it a point that I created a safe space for them to be free around me. Outside of just the big sister role, I've worked at centers like Cleveland Christian Academy. I volunteered in College Mentors for Kids at my college for 4 years and ended being the VP of Programming. Also, I've been doing babysitting jobs with Care. com for 2 plus years now. Child care is about connecting with children and teaching them social, emotional, and physical skills. It is a skill that takes patience and a whole lot of love.
