About Christina

I am a college senior attending St. John's University to become a teacher for grades 1-6. I live in Patchogue but I have experience as a teacher's asst in many different areas such as Queens, Bronx, and Central Islip. I also worked as a teacher's asst in a special education preschool so I can take care of your children with their needs in mind. I cooked for them, cleaned the rooms, changed diapers, and assisted in potty-training the kids. I also lead educational activities with sensory objects. I'm familiar with the common core so I can also help students with homework or difficulties they might have with school work. In the past, I was in musicals, NYSSMA, and SCHMEA so I can also help students prepare for those things or introduce them to musical activities. I love to read, play board games, and entertain the children so there won't be a lot of sitting with video games or television! I'm prepared to work and help your children.
