I have a graduate degree in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice MPH (Masters in Public Health) with specialties in maternal and child health and early learning. I founded and run a 501(c)3 non profit in Snohomish County and have one child (7!) and 3 rescue animals (2 cats & 1 dog) along with an established childcare background from babysitting, being a nanny, working for a nanny agency and providing household management and life coaching. I am a mom, athlete, mentor and coach. I provide support in child care, household management, food planning and nutrition and overall health and holistic wellness.
