Communication with Callie prior to her first “trial job” was pretty poor all together and it ended with her not showing up to the job at all. She was meant to arrive at 4pm, 4pm came and went so when we reached out at 430pm she texted to say she would arrive closer to 6pm with no rationale as to why. Odd? Then 6pm came and went and we called at 630pm and she picked up and hung up and never called back or showed up leaving us without a babysitter that evening or the next morning. She finally texted the next day with what seemed a pretty far fetched lie again saying she couldn’t do her next shift either but could come another time. Obviously would not recommend.
