My daughter Julia is turning one tomorrow! Caitlin has known her for most of her life as she started nannying for her when she was 6 weeks old. I actually found Caitlin through a friend of a friend and what a find she is! To give you a little perspective I will tell you about my daughter. She had acid reflux as an infant, open heart surgery around 6 months of age, and developed sleep and eating issues from the surgery to present day. Caitlin was there through it all and followed all instructions to a tee and gave Julia a lot of love. Not only is she very knowledgeable about child care, how to handle challenging situations, instinctive and a great caregiver but she also takes wonderful pictures, always arrives early and has a big heart!! We are sad that she is moving away...she will make a terrific mother someday. We will miss her.
