I am a recent graduate from the University of Maine! I graduated with a bachelors degree in developmental psychology and a minor in childhood and family relations. I am currently first aid and CPR certified and have a basic understanding of ASL. I have been working with children as a babysitter since I was 12 years old and have most recently been the lead counselor of a summer camp working with kids ages 5-7. I have also substituted as a preschool teacher and have worked closely with children who have varying needs and abilities.

We interviewed Briana and thought she was awesome! She immediately connected with all three of our kids (who have very different personalities). She was punctual and has a maturity about her that is beyond her years. She was eagerly up for any challenges that we described. I am a clinical psychologist and noticed that at one point we said, "Don't do that!" to our three-year-old who was throwing playing cards, and Briana effortlessly redirected him with more positive language. We were looking for someone to potentially be with our kids for three years, and Briana was looking for a one year position so we chose another person, but we agonized over the decision as she was so great!
