About Brennen

I'm an energetic and attentive 23-year-old with several years of experience caring for children. I have been babysitting since I was 13 for children ages ranging from infancy to preteen. I previously worked a daytime nanny job while in college for a little girl from when she was 2 to 4 years old. I also nanny for an infant boy on nights and weekends, so caring for children is something that I am very familiar with and have a passion for! There are two things that I believe set me apart from other caretakers. One would be my energetic and creative personality. Whether it's arts & crafts, playing dress up, or getting down on my hands and knees to play with toy cars, I really am involved with the children I care for because I truly enjoy spending time with kids. The second factor that I think is very important in a good nanny is the focus on the development of the child(ren). I am constantly looking for opportunities for the child to learn and to teach them various things. With my help, the young girl that I was a nanny for while in school could add & subtract & knew what synonyms and antonyms were by the time she was 4. I make learning a game for young children, so they are engaged & continue to develop their minds. I have always been domestic from a young age, so I embrace cooking and housecleaning. I also love animals, so if you have pets, that's great! I have my Adult-Child-Infant CPR Certification. I also have my own car with a valid license and a clean driving record. I am a responsible nanny that believes in giving my all to the parents that I work for, and the children that I care for. I am on-time, reliable and hard-working.
