About Avery

I'd describe my personality as organized, hard working, and confident. I like working with kids because they have such creative minds and always keep you on your toes! I'm looking for a job that allows me to grow, have responsibility, and communicate with my boss comfortably. I started working with kids when I was 14, volunteering for church daycare and summer camps. I am 23 now and have experience working with ages 0-15. In my spare time, I like to rock climb, hike, paint and play instruments. One thing you should know about me is I am a very organized person. I like having a consistent set way to do a task. My skills include listening to children so they feel heard, engaging children in new activities, and providing appropriate discipline.
