Austin was very friendly, professional, and loved to joke and play with D (my son). He loved having Austin watch after him but I recently got a work-from-home job so, unfortunately, his services weren't needed anymore. Austin still stops by to visit D because they were good buddies which makes him very happy. If I do need anyone again, he will be my first choice. Highly recommend!
