Hello! I am a 25-year-old Behavioral Technician. I work with kids that have Autism Spectrum Disorder, very experienced with kids that have behavioral problems. I am looking for an afternoon/weekend position. I have experience with ages 2-14. I love my job, and I am looking for some extra work taking care of 1-3 kids. I would prefer a long-term position, however I am open to temporary and one time care giving positions. I know how to be a caregiver that provides fun and kindness but also is able to be firm, clear, and consistent with your kiddos. I believe that to expect respect from children you must first show your respect for them.
