Ashlyn was our nanny for over 3 years. She was extremely good with both my boys with managing their school work and getting them to and from sport practices. She was dependable and had great communication with parents. I appreciated how attentive and detailed she was with keeping them on pace with homework time but also would play ball with them and keep them active. She knew when to be firm and when to give them down time. She was fantastic!
