About Ashley

Hello, I'm Ashley! I'm from Oak Park, IL and I'm a nursing major at the University of Illinois I love working with kids and have so for about 7 years. I have extensive infant and childcare experience as I was a teacher's assistant at a local daycare for 4 years with children's ages ranging from 6 weeks - 6 years. This past summer I had the amazing opportunity of nannying many children apart of different families. I am a certified nursing assistant and healthcare CPR certified by the American Heart Association and the Red Cross. I have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 since March of 2021 and received my booster at the beginning of December. While working with children I learned that you have to have a lot of empathy and be able to place yourself in their shoes as a child. Many things that we find small can be something huge for a child.
