Arlissa has babysat my special needs son a few times. The times she has watched him she was on time, very knowledgeable with kids and thier needs and treated my son amazingly. One thing I noticed about her is she is very observant, its like she takes mental notes on things and remembers them. That is something that I really appreciate because it tells me shes focused and understands things.
