Ariadne took care of my youngest son while he was 12-18 months as well as my older 4 year old on occasion. My younger son (who is hard to impress) loved spending time with her, and they both just loved playing with her. She helped keep care of them while I packed to move so I saw many interactions first hand, and she is wonderful! If we still lived in the same state, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!
