About Anne

Hello! For the past six years, I have worked as a licensed teacher in Minneapolis, and I am also a teacher coach/instructional leader. I have a master's degree in K-12 ESL education and a certificate as a reading specialist. I am bilingual (Spanish), and I also have experience working with students that have emotional behavior disorders (EBD) in Settings III and IV. My undergraduate degree is in Speech Language Pathology, and I enjoy fostering speech and language development. I am comfortable in caring for children ages 2-18, and I have the most experience in working with elementary and middle school aged children. I believe that childcare is an active job that requires my attention, enthusiasm, imagination, clear boundaries, patience, and collaboration (with you!) always. I am very comfortable providing tutoring/academic supports. I am also happy to follow routines, do housekeeping tasks, get children to school/activities, etc.
