About Anna-jo

I joke that I have had a baby on my hip since I was 10 years old. My mom ran a daycare when I was a child and I loved to help her out. I started babysitting by myself when I was 13. I also worked at a daycare center for a year. I have experience with children from infant aged to teenagers. I took child development courses in college, have a bachelor's in communication. Between undergrad and graduate school I worked full time as a nanny, planned and executed a preschool curriculum for the two children I cared for. After getting my Masters from the University of Michigan, I now work as an Academic Coordinator at a college. I enjoy babysitting on the side as I love children.
