Aniya was a pleasure to have around our children! She connected very well with them and all three loved her and respected her. Aniya was prompt and on time. our agreed upon start time was 0700 and she would show up at 0650. Aniya would stay as long as necessary and the times we were late returning she was understanding and accommodating. Aniya was patient and kind with the kids, treating them with respect and love. However, she was also stern with them if they misbehaved, a trait that I valued. She would care for them while guiding them to do the right thing. Aniya also helped went beyond her initial childcare duties and helped clean around the house when able. Although our work relationship was short lived, she will forever be apart of our family. The only reason we are not continuing care is because our care needs change, the kids are now in a daycare Monday to Friday so therefore, additional care is no longer needed. This is not because of any negative experiences or interactions. I highly recommend Aniya to anyone needing childcare.
