About Andrew

For the past 15 years I have worked in aquatics as a lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Assistant Swim Coach, and General Manager of Michael Phelps Swimming and on the side as a nanny/babysitter. I know the idea of a male care giver is out there to some, but it has some amazing advantages that actually help form the best bonds. The level of structure and creative space I can bring to your family is one thing, however my ability to connect with your child(ern) is unparalleled. Each child has a need to be heard, why not take the time to listen? Listening goes a long way, and gives the opportunity to form trust. With my background in Early Childhood Education, and my experience working with infants, school age, and pre-teens, I have grown as a leader, but as a care giver directly and in-directly. Watching my students grow and mature, my athletes reach their goals and knock down barriers they once faced gives me the knowledge that I can continue to learn and grow from your child(ren) as well.
