We hired Amber to take care of our three girls. She got our oldest on and off the bus each day, drove our middle child to and from pre-school each day, and took care of the baby. She did a great job communicating so that we could be consistent in scheduling the baby from during the week to the weekend. She was always receptive to changes we wanted to try as the baby got older. She was very knowledgeable and often had her own suggestions of things to try. She actively engaged the girls when they were home - played games, took them outside when it was nice out, or put together crafts and activities for them to do. She took care of the girls many times when they were sick. She was always on top of managing their symptoms, giving medicine and even taking them to the doctor. Amber truly loves taking care of children and you would be lucky to have her to work with your family.
