About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda. I have many years of experience with both younger and older children and I love working with both. I started nannying when I was about 17 years old and I loved it so much that I've continued to do so. I have a BA in Psychology-Child and Adolescent Development and am completing my MA in Elementary Education. I am CPR and First Aid certified for both infants and children. My duties as a child care provider have included pick up/drop off from school, preparing snacks and meals, helping with homework, playing games, doing arts and crafts, outdoor activities, diaper changes, potty training, bathing, preparing bottles (breast milk/formula), light housework, putting down for naps, and the basic everyday needs. I was also employed at the Altus AFB Child Development Center for a year and a half and had extensive training from the facility. I have reliable transportation that fits multiple car seats. I also have my own daughters who are 4 (in school) and 1-year-old.
