My name is Amanda. Thanks for checking out my profile! As a professional nanny (and a new mom), I make every effort to be patient and consistent with the children in my care. I utilize a combination of humor and creativity to create an environment that is both educational and loving. In addition to my graduate degrees, I regularly participate in online classes to further my knowledge as a childcare professional. Nothing is more rewarding than helping a child learn skills they will use for the rest of their lives. By providing kids with routine and structure, the adults in their lives can help foster independence. Some of my expertise includes baby-led weaning, potty training, positive discipline, and early literacy. My schedule is flexible, and my references are available upon request.
