About Amanda

I am a responsible, patient and nurturing person with a passion for working with children. My 10 years of child related experience has taught me to be adaptable because there's no one-size fits all approach when every child is unique! I believe in setting high standards for children, but also providing them with the resources to meet them. By using positive reinforcement, I can teach a child right from wrong while promoting their development and keeping their self esteem high. My high empathy and strong communication skills help me to create a safe environment for children to share their thoughts and feelings. I always lead by example and commit to being a role model for children. I use my creativity and background in education to create learning opportunities in every activity I plan. I can even teach your child Spanish! My organization assists me in creating a structured routine that every child needs. CPR certified.
