We interviewed Allison and we would highly recommend her. Some of the main strengths she presented with were 1. Flexibility in schedule 2. Additional services (cleaning, pet care, driving) 3. Additional certifications (CPR) 4. Personality. 5. Willingness to learn Her personality was exactly what we would want for our children. She was kind, welcoming, friendly, and patient. While she didn't have as much experience as many of the other nannies we interviewed, she made up for that in her willingness to carry over our families parenting styles. She also came to this job interview with excitement and passion which we felt our kids would have benefited greatly from. She sounded energetic and willing to craft, go to parks, swim, and just in general enjoy the activities that our boys do.
