Alla cared for our son for several years and was truly the most compassionate, loving, nurturing and wonderful caregiver - I would highly recommend her for caregiving. Our son was in grade school and she was highly responsible, helped him with homework, actively engaged in play with him, provided wonderful structure and guidance, and reinforced our values and expectations. She is kind, funny, super active and attentive, and we love her as part of our family. I highly recommend her for any child care needs you may have.
