I also have many years of nanny experience which include working with children with various unique needs including ADHD, ASD, food aversion, highly gifted children and premature infants. I have a background in running pods focused on both pre-kinder readiness academics and social emotional play-based groups, as well as many years of teaching acting, dance and chess to children ages 3-10. I am an energetic and enthusiastic caregiver who communicates openly with families with ease and professionalism. I am thoughtful and warm, and make lasting bonds with the children I work with. Alison was the nanny for our 20 month old twin boys for four months. She was great with them. She is very knowledgeable about young children and chooses activities that are good for their development. She was very verbal and interactive with our boys which was especially important for one of our boys who is a late talker. We liked how she was a lot of fun, but also firm when needed. Alison was very accommodating and communicative and always let us know if she was running late. I would highly recommend her to take care of your children!
