About Alisha

I am an elementary education major at William and Mary. I have adult and pediatric CPR, AED and First Aid certification along with reliable transportation. I absolutely love working with children, it is my life's passion! I am very patient, and adaptable due to my past experiences with different age groups, ranging from 0-15/16 years. I am also good at managing children alongside other household activities (cooking, tiding, etc.). A bit of my prior experience: - Childcare: baby sibling and babysat for other families in my neighborhood - Daycare: infants, toddlers, and preschoolers - LCPS TA for an EC special education class and a HS Spanish class - Volunteering: * Head start classroom * Preschool program activity preparation * Tutoring for MS and HS * Summer camp counselor I am happy to spend time working on foundations and early literacy, or provide additional support for beginner readers
