I can't recommend Aline high enough! We originally hired her to help with our children while we were moving. She jumped right in playing with our kids even though our apartment was a mess and many toys were already packed up. She found creative ways to play with them and even brought and bought some toys so that they could play together. Our kids attached to her very quickly and since then she has become our primary babysitter. Aline is extremely conscientious and writes down or shares in detail afterward how the babysitting went, relating diaper changes, feeding, and general schedule of activities. She clearly loves children and is very invested in her work as well as extremely knowledgeable about child development. I also really appreciate how real and present she is with the children. She has a natural way with them that is very effective. My children always ask when Alene is going to return.
