Alina is one in a million. She has totally changed the game and set the standard so high for my nanny standards. She is the most responsible, professional and respectful woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was always on time or early and had no problem staying late if I needed. Truly a dream for a mom going back to work for the first time. I NEVER worried about my kids when Alina was with them. I was lucky to have her for the time I did caring for my 2 boys. The first day I met her she came over and immediately started playing with my boys. That’s when I knew she was the one for our family. She became apart of our family so naturally. She is kind, and gentle, and structured. She always kept us informed about the kids and their schedules. We gave her freedom to do what she wanted with our kids and she often took them to the library, parks, rode bikes and did art projects with them. She would cook and clean and tidy my house which was such a treat to come home and have dinner ready and the house tidy. I often felt like I didn’t deserve all her hard work. I believe she is will be a blessing for the next family who takes her in. She’s an excellent cook/baker and has taught my kids so many kitchen skills as well as manners. She has a beautiful soul and I highly recommend Alina to any family looking for a trustworthy and amazing nanny to join their family.
