We moved out of state and Alicia was our FT nanny to my daughter for 8 months (from 5 months until 13 months). Since I was working from home, she worked with me on her schedules and development goals. My daughter lights up when they're together, she hit all her milestones and I credit that to Alicia focused engagement and play with her.
