I am CPR certified, vaccinated, and a non-smoker. I also have my own car and a clean driving record. I am very nurturing, patient, dependable and outgoing. I enjoy creating activities that children will find entertaining and engaging. I have an undergraduate in Counselling Psychology and Early Childhood Development and I am currently completing my MA in Couple and Family Therapy. Alicia is a gem! For the past 2.5+ years and has watched all 3 of our children in a few different full-time roles. For background, she started as a nanny for our infant right before Covid and ended up watching our oldest when daycare shut down + another child for a total of 3 (6months, 3yrs, 3yrs). When daycare opened up again, she then watched our baby + another family's baby until they went to preschool. Most recently, Alicia has been caring for our youngest (starting at 3 months old) + another baby. I work remotely and see many of her interactions with the kids. Alicia is easygoing, incredibly dependable and punctual, hands on, can easily adapt to different developmental stages, is a strong communicator, flexible, and respectful of parent preferences. To say I trust Alicia with our kids is an understatement. She has good judgement and always has the kids' best interest in mind. She'll be sorely missed and whoever hires her can rest assured their kid(s) are in good hands.
