To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure that I recommend Alexis for a position in Early Childhood Education. I have known Alexis for 2 years, and during this time, have had the opportunity to observe and work alongside her as a Pre-K Assistant Teacher. As the Head Teacher in the Pre-K classroom, I have had the pleasure of working with Alexis to create meaningful language and literacy based learning activities for classroom. Throughout the duration of the program, Alexis wholeheartedly implemented the ideas and strategies she gained through professional development and peer observation opportunities. She served as an excellent assistant, willingly shared ideas related to classroom management, lesson planning, science and math activities, and differentiated instruction for small groups of students. Additionally, during my time working with Alexis, I saw her strive to support the students as they learn and grow by using a variety of hands-on experiences to enhance their early learning skills. Alexis is actively furthering her education through professional development course and graduating this May with degrees in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education. In addition to the outstanding qualities she possesses as an Early Childhood educator, Alexis has proven herself to be a great team player. She has consistently displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition, and would be an asset to any organization. I am happy to give her my wholehearted endorsement.
