My name is Alexa. I am 30 years old completing two online associate degrees (Psychology & Opera) in May of this year. I am interested in returning to childcare and nannying as I greatly enjoy working with children and helping families and I find the work-life balance to be more fulfilling. I have 12 years of childcare and nannying experience. I have worked as a music therapist at Fuller Hospital, was a Home-Based Therapist within the state of Rhode Island for several years, and I have experience working as a special education teacher assistant at Northern Rhode Island Collaborative. I am a classically trained opera singer and multi-instrumentalist, as well as an amateur artist so I would be more than happy to include music & art lessons or activities without an additional charge. I believe I need to renew my CPR certification, but have no issue completing that immediately. I have a safe, insured, and reliable vehicle. I am available to begin working as soon as Monday, April 15th.
