Ale has worked for me for 9 years caring for my children ages 1, 4 & 7 at the time. She left our family this year because the kids have grown up and I no longer work full time. We were unable to offer her enough work hours. She has the sweetest and kindest demeanor and limitless patience. Although she helped with light housekeeping and cooking, the children's needs were always a priority. I loved the fact that she does not like to leave the kids in front of technology and always took the initiative to take the children on excursions, do arts and craft projects, and play games. Ale, genuinely enjoys and loves to be with and interact with children and is very responsible. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending her to any family who is looking for someone to love and care for their young children.
