I have nearly 20 years of experience caring for children. I started working in preschools before moving on to being a full-time nanny for a few different families. Through my experience I have become comfortable with all ages and all aspects of care, including but not limited to: diapering, preparing and feeding meals/bottles, putting down for nap/ bed time routines, engaging children in educational activities/homework help, etc. I enjoy keeping children engaged with educational activities, crafts, outdoor play, or anything else that interests them! In addition to child care I am also happy to serve as your household manager of sorts- running errands, setting appointments, food shopping and prep, typical daily clean up, all the things that keep your home running smoothly! I am CPR certified and can provide great references as well!

Alaina was our nanny for ~ one year in Florence, SC, for our then 3 and 6 year old boy and girl. She built a wonderful relationship with our children, and grew to understood them very well, with her patient and understanding disposition. Alaina is responsible, kind, and mature in her decision-making. She spent a lot of time with the kids outside, taking them to parks and activities, as well as indoors with schoolwork and fun crafts. I would recommend her to any other employer as someone you can count on, and who you will enjoy working with.
