Hello Families!

My name is Natalie Croushore, I am twenty-eight years old and I am a friendly and energetic Nanny with 8+ years experience in the childcare industry. My years of experience ranges from working in grade schools, daycare facilities as well as in-home Nanny care. After working in various childcare settings, I have found that my true passion is working directly with one family and having the opportunity to build a connection with not just the children, but also the family as a whole. I truly enjoy being able to work with children in a setting where they feel most comfortable and where I have the opportunity to provide the safest, best quality care for the child.
