Im 22 years old. I have a daughter that is 4 years old. iv been watching kids since I was 8 years old so for bout 14 years now. I watch kids ages newborn to 13 years old. here is a little about my in home business. in jackies day care I do fun activities outside and inside. I do crafts project and watch educational movies like your baby can read,learning about letters,the great numbers game for the kids learning potty training elmos potty time.i also watch children movies like dr.seuss, wonder pets, max n ruby, caillou. I only let kids watch tv for a hour a day. I also help kids learn how to spell their names work on their abcs and there 123s. we play on the swing set outside and run around.i also play with chock, bubbles, and play in a fisher price car that can hold up to 4 kids at a time. I sit down and read to the children. if there is anything the parents would like for their children to have done I will make sure its done. I do not spank the children I only put them in time out. how long the child stays in time out is based on their age. theres two dog that the kids can play with too. they are kid friendly. there is also a cat. if theres a kid that need to do homework then ill sit down with him/her and help them out with it. I am certified in cpr, aed, and first aid for children, infants, and adults. I also have my food handlers certificate. I have a 4 year old daughter that will be with me at all times. I only do day care in my house. my rates is $2.50 per hour per child unless you have dhs pay then all you have to pay is your copay if you have one. I can watch kids on weekdays and some weekends. I will give a week notice if I cant watch kids on a day. im working on making jackies day care tie dye t-shirts for the kids. a fun little project that the kids can do themselves with my help of course.
