to whom it may concern,
i would like to provide a character reference for ms alisa lerner. alisa is a wonderful and warm woman who has been a nanny for us for the past 2 years. she has been a blessing to our children and to us. I have the upmost trust and confidence in her ability to work with children and to run a household. alisa is also a very skilled teacher who specializes in teaching hebrew and she is incredibly gifted at working with children. my daughter has adhd and alisa was able to use multi-sensory instruction to help my daughter learn more effectively than any other teacher has been able to do.
alisa became part of our family and we would prefer to keep her here in austin. my husband, myself and our children were devastated to hear of her departure to los angeles, and we wish her only the best of luck in her endeavors there. she is a wonderful woman who will be a precious asset to any family or school who is privileged enough to have her assistance.
all my best,
heidi kadison
