Hello, my name is Dilcia. I am 22 years old, I am a mother of a handsome baby boy and I have been working with children for 3 years now. I have taken care of children from 9 months to 10 years old. I know it’s very hard to find someone trustworthy to look after our kids, that’s why when I take care of them I take care of them as if they were mine. I believe children need a lot of love and attention when parents are gone and aside from that, I like to bring parents and the children as well the security that they are in very good hands under my watch. When parents are away, I believe keeping a good communication and keeping them updated on how their babies are doing is very important. I also make sure the kids have a good time while parents are not there but of course as long as all rules are being followed. I believe that in one order to obtain success the most important key is building a relationship between the parents and children with lots of communication 🙂
