My name is Olivia and I am a recent graduate of the University of Virginia. I just moved to New York City two months ago and have since fallen in love with it here. Growing up, I baby sat various younger family members ranging in age. In addition to babysitting, I often taught skills to them such as reading, math, etc. and assisted with homework help and test prep. Throughout my college career, I volunteered each year with children and adolescents as well as mentoring high school teenagers. I assisted a first grade teacher with after school homework help each week. As Big Sister with Big Brother Big Sister, I was paired up with seven-year-old Little Sister and each week we did various activities in the community and I also taught her how to read and helped her with assignments. I have experience as a tutor as well.
