Hello! My name is Tessa and I've been nannying for almost 3 years now. My last placement was in La Jolla California for two luxury realtors. I was caring for their son Austen as a newborn to 14 months. I frequently traveled with the family and cared for him on a set schedule plus extra needed sleepovers and travel. Responsibilities included cooking (made a daily food diary), light clean up, bath (because the mother has MS and couldn’t safely lift child), and took video and photos everyday to send to parents. Prior to that in 2020 I was a childcare teachers assistant in a daycare setting. My classrooms consisted of babies under 1, and toddlers 1-3 years old. I love arts/ crafts and Montessori activities. I also love taking the little ones on outings, pretend camping, dancing, library, for walks, the park, and more! The last family I worked for Read more loved that I taught their baby sign language. He still can’t talk at 15 months but he can sign!
