I am 22 years old and have spent the last three years working in an elementary school. Year 1 I was a substitute for k-5 and years 2 and 3 I was a paraprofessional for an early childhood special education class. I worked with kids 2-4 years of age, half having special needs. I changed diapers, helped potty train, and played with them, as well as providing them with educational videos and helped with activities the teacher had planned for them.
