Hello! I work from home, but need a babysitter/nanny to come and help with my kids when I have meetings. You would not know your schedule until the week prior. Some weeks, I will need you a lot and other weeks I might only need you for a couple of hours. Other children are welcome to come to our home as well (if a nanny-share is needed).
