About Shelby

Hello! My name is Shelby, I'm 21 years old. I graduated from high school early in 2019, and began working in pharmacy. I obtained my certification with the board of pharmacy and worked my way up to sterile compounding for adults and pediatric patients at Atrium Health hospital in Charlotte, NC. I loved my patients, but the career wasn't for me. I'm back in school, working towards earning my masters degree in social work. My dream is to buy my own property, homestead, grow a food forest for the community, offer affordable sliding scale therapy, as well as host garden therapy, meditation and mindfulness practices. In the meantime until I reach those goals, I want to be your family helper. I have experience with ages from toddlers to preteens, however I am open to learning to care for other ages. I am an animal lover, even big dogs. I'm physically fit, I cook good, healthy food, and I'm great at cleaning. I look forward to meeting your lovely family soon!
