About Pamela

I am a 40-year-old mother of 4 older children ages 11-20. I have been caring for children off and on since I was 13 years old. I have been a babysitter, nanny, preschool teacher, and daycare provider. I have a large amount of experience with special needs children of all ages, both physical and psychiatric. I enjoy teaching, cooking/baking, and gardening. My caregiver/parenting style is respectful parenting. There is no corporal punishment allowed. I enjoy doing activities with the children in and out of the house and believe having a schedule/routine is important. I have been trained, and have experience, in first-aid/CPR and I am always doing research to keep up with best practices for being a better parent and person in general. I have a reliable vehicle, clean driving record, do not smoke/drink, and have a clean background check. My rate is $15+/hr if it is local within the Whiteville/Clarkton area.
